How does invoicing from Claude work?
Connect Normal Form to Claude once (it speaks MCP, the open standard for AI tool connections). After that, describe the invoice in plain language — client, work, terms. Your customers, products, tax rules, and brand are already on file, so the result is complete and correct, and it’s sent in about ten seconds.
What if my client ignores the reminders?
The tone escalates on schedule — polite first, firmer later. Past a point, Normal Form drafts an escalation (final notice, payment plan offer) and holds it for your approval. Nothing heavy-handed goes out without you.
Which countries and tax systems are supported?
Invoices adapt to the customer’s country, currency, and tax requirements automatically — including EU VAT with reverse charge handling. If your setup is unusual, ask us; we’d rather tell you honestly.
Can I import clients from my current tool?
Yes — CSV import for clients and products, and you can paste details into Claude and ask it to file them for you.
